Koi… Mil Gaya

Koi… Mil Gaya is a groundbreaking Indian science fiction drama directed by Rakesh Roshan. The story follows Rohit Mehra, a developmentally disabled young man living in Shimla who struggles to find acceptance among his peers. Rohit accidentally activates a customized supercomputer built by his late scientist father, which was designed to communicate with extraterrestrial life, inadvertently broadcasting a signal into deep space.

Shortly after, an alien spaceship visits Earth, leaving behind a small, intelligent extraterrestrial creature. Rohit and his close friend Nisha discover the alien, whom they affectionately name Jadoo. Upon realizing that Jadoo possesses magical, sun-powered abilities, Rohit hides him from the public and government authorities. In gratitude, Jadoo uses his cosmic powers to miraculously cure Rohit’s mental disability, granting him superhuman intellect, enhanced physical strength, and heightened senses.

As Rohit adjusts to his newfound capabilities, he gains the respect of his community and wins Nisha’s heart. However, local police and suspicious scientists soon catch wind of the alien’s presence, leading to a high-stakes pursuit. Rohit must summon all his strength and courage to protect Jadoo from captivity and help him safely return to his home planet.
