Love Hard

Love Hard is a 2021 American romantic comedy directed by Hernán Jiménez. The film stars Nina Dobrev as Natalie Bauer, a Los Angeles dating columnist who chronically documents her disastrous romantic encounters. After widening her search radius on a dating app, Natalie meets Josh Lin, a charming and thoughtful man residing in Lake Placid, New York. Convinced that she has finally found her soulmate, Natalie decides to make a bold move and fly across the country to surprise him for the Christmas holidays, only to discover that she has been catfished by a shy, awkward man using pictures of his rugged former friend, Tag Abbott.
