Kulche Chole

Kulche Chole is a 2022 Indian Punjabi-language romantic comedy film directed by Simranjit Singh Hundal. The movie marks the feature film debut of popular television and social media star Jannat Zubair Rahmani alongside actor Dilraj Grewal. Set in Punjab, the narrative revolves around Jaggi, an educated but unemployed young man who struggles to find a stable job to sustain himself and meet societal expectations.

Under pressure to establish a career, Jaggi is advised by a well-wisher to start his own business selling ‘Kulche Chole,’ a beloved traditional Punjabi street food. Things take a complicated turn when he falls in love with Harleen, a vibrant girl from an affluent family. To win her over and gain her wealthy father’s approval, Jaggi must navigate a web of lies regarding his profession.
