Saving Silverman

Saving Silverman is a hilarious cult-classic comedy that follows the misadventures of three lifelong best friends: Darren Silverman, Wayne Lefessier, and J.D. McNugent. Their tight-knit bond is severely threatened when Darren falls under the spell of Judith Fessbeggler, a cold, controlling, and manipulative psychiatrist who demands that Darren cut ties with his friends and his beloved Neil Diamond tribute band. Desperate to save their friend from a lifetime of misery, Wayne and J.D. hatch a series of increasingly desperate and absurd schemes.

After failed attempts to reunite Darren with his high school sweetheart, Sandy, who is on the verge of becoming a nun, Wayne and J.D. resort to the extreme measure of kidnapping Judith. They attempt to fake her death while trying to convince Darren to move on. However, Judith proves to be a formidable captive, easily outsmarting her captors at every turn. The chaos culminates in a wild, star-studded showdown featuring a special appearance by Neil Diamond himself, as the friends race against time to stop a disastrous wedding and restore their brotherhood.
