Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse continues the story of Miles Morales, who unexpectedly reunites with Gwen Stacy and is propelled across the Multiverse. There, he encounters the Spider-Society, an elite team of Spider-People tasked with protecting the structural integrity of existence itself. Led by the stern Miguel O’Hara (Spider-Man 2099), this multiverse defense force works tirelessly to contain interdimensional anomalies threatening stability across reality.

When a new villain named The Spot emerges with dangerous portal-creating abilities, Miles learns about the tragic sacrifices required to maintain multiverse balance, known as ‘canon events.’ Clashing with Miguel O’Hara and other Spider-heroes on how to handle the impending crisis, Miles refuses to accept that someone he loves must die to save the universe. Driven to redefine what it means to be a hero, Miles races through dimensions while hunted by his own multiverse counterparts.
