The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare (2024) – Story, Cast, Action & War

Based on recently declassified British War Department files, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare details Operation Postmaster, a clandestine World War II mission authorized by Prime Minister Winston Churchill. As Nazi U-boats continuously sink Allied shipping vessels in the Atlantic Ocean, Churchill and intelligence officer Ian Fleming authorize an unsanctioned black-ops unit to combat Axis forces using covert, highly unconventional tactics.

Led by the rogue soldier Gus March-Phillipps, an elite team featuring skilled archer Anders Lassen, strategist Geoffrey Appleyard, and explosives experts travel to the neutral Spanish island of Fernando Po. Their high-risk objective is to neutralize the Italian supply ship Duchessa d’Aosta and its supporting naval vessels, cutting off crucial support to the German submarine fleet.

Assisted by covert agents Marjorie Stewart and Heron on the ground, March-Phillipps and his combat team engage in violent, stylized engagements against heavy Nazi forces.
