Train to Busan

Train to Busan is an adrenaline-fueled action horror thriller that follows Seok-woo, a workaholic fund manager, and his estranged young daughter, Su-an. As a birthday wish, Su-an convinces her father to take her to visit her mother in Busan. They board the high-speed KTX train departing from Seoul, completely unaware that a catastrophic viral outbreak has begun sweeping across South Korea, turning infected victims into violent, rabid creatures in seconds.

Shortly after departure, an infected passenger sneaks aboard, initiating a rapid domino effect of chaos throughout the train cars. As the infection spreads, Seok-woo must form a tense alliance with fellow passengers, including the tough-as-nails expectant father Sang-hwa, his pregnant wife Seong-kyeong, a high school baseball team, and a cynical corporate executive. Together, they must navigate narrow corridors and dark tunnels, using their wits and physical strength to fight off relentless hordes of infected monsters.

As the train speeds toward Busan—rumored to be the final fortified safe zone—the true nature of humanity reveals itself under extreme pressure. Facing betrayal from panic-stricken survivors as well as the ever-growing swarm of infected, Seok-woo undergoes a profound transformation from a selfish father to a selfless protector, delivering an emotionally powerful and terrifying battle for survival.
