Driven by ambition, he interviews the unsettling building manager, who recounts a series of tragic and terrifying events that befell past residents—ranging from a mold-obsessed cult follower to a mannequin maker tormented by supernatural forces. As each story unspools, the line between folklore and deadly reality begins to blur dangerously.

As the artist delves deeper into the sinister history of the complex, he uncovers a malevolent curse bound to the very foundation of the building.
