Halloween Kills (2021)

Picking up immediately after the events of the 2018 film, ‘Halloween Kills’ follows Laurie Strode, her daughter Karen, and granddaughter Allyson as they believe they have finally defeated the masked killer Michael Myers by leaving him trapped in a burning basement. However, when a crew of firefighters unwittingly releases Michael from the blaze, he resumes his merciless rampage through the town of Haddonfield, leaving a trail of bodies in his wake. Laurie is rushed to the hospital with severe injuries, unable to fight, leaving the town to defend itself.

As word of Michael’s survival spreads, a group of survivors from his original 1978 massacre, led by Tommy Doyle, decides to take matters into their own hands. They form an angry vigilante mob, rallying the terrified citizens of Haddonfield with the chant ‘Evil dies tonight!’ This mob justice quickly spirals out of control, leading to mass hysteria, tragic mistakes, and a brutal confrontation. Ultimately, the film explores the infectious nature of fear and trauma, culminating in a shocking climax that sets the stage for the final showdown.
