Truth or Dare (2018) – Story, Cast, Horror & Ending

During a spring break trip to Mexico, college student Olivia Barron and her tight-knit group of friends are lured to an abandoned church by a mysterious stranger named Carter. There, they are persuaded to play a seemingly harmless game of Truth or Dare. However, once they return home, they realize the game has followed them. A malevolent supernatural entity has possessed the game, forcing them to play by deadly rules: tell the truth or die, do the dare or die, and if you refuse to play, you die.

As the body count rises, Olivia and her surviving friends, including Markie and Lucas, desperately search for a way to break the curse. They discover that the game was unleashed by an ancient demon named Calux, who can only be trapped through a complex ritual involving the original summoner. The group must confront their deepest, darkest secrets and make ultimate sacrifices as the entity uses their personal traumas against them, leading to a chilling and viral climax that changes the stakes for the entire world.
