Directed by Mel Gibson and written by Jared Rosenberg, Flight Risk (2025) is an edge-of-your-seat high-concept action thriller starring Mark Wahlberg, Michelle Dockery, and Topher Grace. The story centers on Madelyn Harris (Michelle Dockery), a resolute U.S. Air Marshal tasked with escorting Winston (Topher Grace), a key informant whose impending testimony threatens to bring down a powerful organized crime syndicate. To safely cross the rugged Alaskan wilderness, they board a small, remote-bound aircraft piloted by a charismatic aviator named Daryl Vance (Mark Wahlberg).

As the plane reaches altitude far above civilization, the routine transport devolves into a lethal nightmare. Vance reveals his true identity as a hitman hired by the mob to ensure Winston never reaches the courtroom. Trapped in a claustrophobic cabin thousands of feet above sea level, Madelyn and Winston must outwit a ruthless assassin while fighting to maintain control of the aircraft amidst turbulent storm conditions and rising panic.
