Black Widow (2021) – Story, Cast, Action & Ending

Set following the events of Captain America: Civil War, Natasha Romanoff finds herself on the run from the government for violating the Sokovia Accords. Her isolation in a remote safehouse is cut short when she receives a package containing synthetic chemical vials sent by her estranged foster sister, Yelena Belova. Natasha soon discovers that these vials contain a chemical antidote capable of freeing brainwashed assassins from the physical and mental control of General Dreykov, the sinister leader of the covert Red Room organization.

Reuniting in Budapest, Natasha and Yelena are relentlessly pursued by Taskmaster, a deadly assassin capable of perfectly copying any combat style. To locate Dreykov’s hidden airborne fortress and destroy the Red Room permanently, the sisters break their former undercover parents out of retirement: Alexei Shostakov, the Red Guardian, and Melina Vostokoff. Together, this dysfunctional surrogate family must confront their shared past and execute a dangerous, high-altitude mission to liberate all brainwashed Widows across the globe.
