The Amazing Spider-Man

The Amazing Spider-Man centers on Peter Parker, an un-extraordinary high school student abandoned by his parents as a child and raised by his loving Uncle Ben and Aunt May. Like most teenagers trying to navigate high school, Peter is attempting to figure out his own identity while managing his blossoming feelings for his smart and grounded classmate, Gwen Stacy. When Peter stumbles upon a mysterious briefcase that belonged to his late father, he sets out on a personal investigation to unravel the secrets behind his parents’ sudden disappearance.

His search leads him straight to Oscorp and the laboratory of Dr. Curt Connors, his father’s former research partner. After being bitten by a genetically modified spider inside Oscorp, Peter acquires superhuman agility, strength, and web-slinging capabilities. However, when Dr. Connors tests a revolutionary reptilian regeneration serum on himself, he transforms into the monstrous Lizard, unleashing chaos across New York City.

As the dangerous creature threatens the city and the safety of Gwen, Peter must embrace his new alter-ego as Spider-Man. Forced to balance his personal burdens with extraordinary responsibility, Peter engages in high-stakes conflicts to defeat the Lizard, protect his loved ones, and define what it truly means to be a hero.
